Plyometric Cardio Circuit
This is by far my least favorite of the workouts...I say that, but I really don't like power & resistance... Today I started, did the warm-up and then got really pouty and I quit and sat down and played on the computer and my phone. I just didn't want to do it. I wanted to sit and watch law & order, and avoid any strenuous activity :) but then about half an hour later I got up and I did the full workout. I feel 100% better having pushed through and and proud of myself for working toward my commitment and not giving up.
