Day 8

Plyometric Cardio Circuit


 This is by far my least favorite of the workouts...I say that, but I really don't like power & resistance... Today I started, did the warm-up and then got really pouty and I quit and sat down and played on the computer and my phone. I just didn't want to do it. I wanted to sit and watch law & order, and avoid any strenuous activity :) but then about half an hour later I got up and I did the full workout. I feel 100% better having pushed through and and proud of myself for working toward my commitment and not giving up.

Insanity Day 1: It's time to take back the fat! What? I weighed 135 for 10 years, then I turned 25, had a real job, worked too hard at working and ate whatever I wanted...Now, I'm 28 (almost 29) and I weigh 175 still have a real job, and working too hard at it.
